Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges:
At Inspired By C.S.H.G, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, and in their original packaging. Please note that certain seasonal items may have different return eligibility.
• Non-Refundable Items: Customized or personalized items, as well as clearance items, are non-refundable.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at ericascreativemind@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
